This is an excellent app that keeps track daily of your food intake and
exercise to help you lose weight. After you put in your initial information
(starting weight, goal weight, age, etc.) it tells you how many calories, etc.
you should have per day in order to lose weight and then tracks it all for you.
It also tracks your daily exercise and computes how calories burned from that
exercise affects your allotted daily calorie intake. After each food/meal is
added to the food diary, this app will tell you how many calories, protein,
carbs, fat, sodium, etc. you still have left to consume for the day before
reaching your maximum suggested daily amount. It does all the calculating work
for you. This app is already been so helpful in helping me to lose weight. This
week alone, I've already lost three pounds!
Tracks a lot, w or w/o website. Easy to use!

Although I'd like it to track more vitamins and minerals, this app tracks a
lot of info. Tracks 4 kinds of fat, fiber n sugar, cals, protein, cal, iron, and
4 vitamins. You can use all of that, some of it, or even just cals if you want.
There is a large database of foods online. The barcode scanner on the app is
great. And once you manually enter a food's info in, it's extremely easy to
recall for future days. You can edit everything through the app, except past
measurements; past measurements is the only thing you need to log online for.
Lastly, it helps tracks either weight, neckline, waist, or hips. Has a lot of
options and you can use some, all, or almost none of them! Very easy to use and
very customizable!
Helps you reach your fitness goals

I have been working out for many years and could always eat what I wanted to.
Until I hit 30. Then I started gradually gaining weight. I have done a good job
of maintaining my weight, but I never really kept track of what I ate. Went I.
Vacation in Feburary, gained 10 lbs and weighed the most I ever have. I found my
fitness pal and haven't looked back.
Being able to track my daily intake
along with syncing with my heart rate monitor, I have been able to loose 6
healthy lbs in 3 weeks. Keeping track is easy, and that includes workouts. I
love that I can connect with friends and we can take the fitness journey
together.
I highly recommend.
